"Great value for everyday bits and pieces"
I picked up a few home items and some kids’ clothes from BIG W recently, and I’ve been happy with everything so far! It’s nothing overly fancy, but the quality is solid for everyday use, and the clothes have held up well after washing. One t-shirt was a little thinner than I expected, but for the price, I’m still really pleased. Easy to shop, good value, and I’d definitely buy from there again.

"Super quick delivery"
I ordered a few bits from BIG W i was really surprised by how fast they arrived. I thought it would take most of the week, but it showed up in about 2 days, who doesn’t love that? The tracking was easy to follow and the parcel arrived in good condition. Happy overall, and would I order online from them again? Definitely

No missing stuff, no weird swaps, sizes were right too, which was a relief because that can be... yeah. Colours looked close to the photos as well. Happy overall. I had a question about my delivery and expected it to be a bit of a hassle, but it really wasn’t. They got back to me quickly and sorted it out without making a big deal of it. I mean, I was a little unsure at first, but they handled it well, so I’m happy with the support.

I ordered a few home bits from bigw.com and the whole checkout process was easy. The cart updated properly and PayPal went through on the first try, which was great 👍 The only slightly annoying thing was finding where to enter the promo code, it took me a minute, so that could definitely be more obvious. I got the confirmation email straight away though, so overall I’m happy. Not perfect, but no real drama 🙂

"BIG W is where I go because everywhere else charges too much"
I shop at BIG W when I’m sick of feeling ripped off. Their prices are usually way better than other places, especially for kids clothes, home stuff and toys. Not everything is the cheapest, but it’s still good value overall. I can usually find what I need without too much hassle, which is more than I can say for some other stores that seem to overcharge for the same basic things...

I had a good experience ordering from BIG W online. The website was easy to get around, and I found what I needed without having to click through a million pages like you do on some other sites. Prices were reasonable too, which always helps. Delivery turned up faster than I expected, and everything was packed properly with no damage or missing items. I’ve used click and collect with them before as well, and that was just as straightforward. Compared to a lot of other big retailers, it felt a lot less frustrating. I’d happily shop there again

"Helpful staff, but a little unsure on the overall experience"
I went into BIG W to grab a few things but couldn’t find the size I was after. A staff member noticed me looking a bit lost and came over to help without me even asking, which was nice. They checked out the back for me and also pointed out a similar option nearby. I’m still not totally sure about the quality of the item I ended up considering, so I might wait and see how it holds up. Checkout was a bit slow too, so I’d give it 4 stars, but the staff were friendly and made the visit much easier.

The site was easy to navigate, and I found what I needed without much trouble. I did notice the checkout took a bit longer than expected, especially after clicking the final button, it just sat there for a few seconds, which made me wonder if it actually went through. Not a huge issue, but it stood out to me.

I bought the wrong toy from bigw.com and had to go through the return process, which was a bit annoying because it felt like extra effort for a simple mistake. To be fair, the actual return was straightforward, and I got my refund quicker than I expected, around 3 days. The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was that the email updates were a bit slow, so I kept having to check what was going on. Overall, happy enough, just wish it took less chasing on my end.
